Whats wrong with VECO and MCWD?

Do you know what it felt like going through a day with out a shower? Well, i dunno what went wrong but we had this water and electricity problem yesterday and today we still don't have water. I think the entire Cebu was affected with whatever problem the VECO and MCWD had these days.

My brother Josh got a work yesterday and since we don't have water and I don't want him to absent from his work so i tried to figure out to help him bath, at first, I was thinking that maybe there's some problem in our area alone but some of my friends were asking me through sms if we got a water so there i realize that its not just one area but i think the whole Cebu City especially the urban areas.

Back to my bro, in order for me to help him, I started inquiring to some friends who lived nearby unfortunately there out of reach.My last option was our office, we took a taxi and went to our office and there he was able to take a bath and was late for work but at least he had taken a bath. Our office saves his day.

Second day of having no water and its Sunday, I wasn't able to do much of my domestic routine during weekends. But I'm thankful that it rains, you know why because I was able to save some rain waters for the kitchen and bathroom use and well guess what.... I took a bath outside my place.

Although its kinda cold, i mean the rainwater is really cold but i still managed to go out, bought something not important on a walking distance store from my place just to get wet and took a picture of some teens playing basketball along the street while raining. Some were running just practically enjoying the rain and i find it good somehow cause i used to do what the kids did in my neighborhood when I was a littler back at the province. Rain water saves the day.

Tomorrow is Monday and I'm going to work,I hope that water will be fix by tonight. grrr... or else ill absent from work of which I don't like because there are lots of things to do.
