The Cebu City Youth Development Commission (CCYDC) conducted the Awarding Ceremony of "The Outstanding Cebu City Youth Leaders 2009" at the Sinulog Hall, Rizal Museum, Osmena Boulevard last February 27, 2009.
The program started at 1:30 in the afternoon with the entry of colors by the USJR Boy Scout Unit followed by the welcome address of Hon. Eduardo R. Rama Jr. Chairman of CCYDC, Presentation of the Board of Judges and Distribution of Certificates of Appreciation by Catherine R. Yso Commisioner ,CCYDC.
Hon. Rengelle N. Pelayo presents TOCCYL 2009 finalist and distribution of Certificates. Followed by the awarding of TOCCYL Awardees.
The Outstanding Cebu City Youth Leaders 2009 for the High School Category goes to Jezreel Ezer Archival of Jesuit School and for the Community Category goes to Carlos Alfonso B. Amores of University of San Carlos. Congratulations to both you! You just did a great job!
TOCCYL is a yearly activity of CCYDC. To the parents of the finalist and awardees,teachers and friends who were able to witness the awarding ceremony thank you very much for the support you showed and modelling our future youth leaders.
